Baseline reporting

 - Traffic and Position Baseline Reports are run prior to client implementation. These reports are crucial, as they provide a snapshot of a current website’s visibility prior to any SEO efforts. These Baseline Reports are used throughout the campaign to show incremental increases in visibility.

 

Site map and frames

 - We define the site map and navigation. We develop wire frames for the various types of pages, determine what elements belong on each page, and we define the features and functionality.  We also perform keyword research and develop the plan for search engine optimization (SEO).

 

Design & Development

Site design - Our talented designers execute the tactical components to achieve a visually compelling design that connects with consumers while achieving best practices in usability and functionality.

 

Coding 

- The design is translated into optimized code, and the database and features are developed.

 

Testing

 - Site is posted to a private “staging” site for review and testing before it is released to the public. The site is tested on common browsers including IE 7, IE 6, Firefox, and Safari.

 

Launch

 - Client approves site to go live on public server.

Refinement

 - Using insights from the data analysis, we refresh code on pages with non-performing keywords and make updates to on-page content.
